If you need help with your order, please send us an email with your order number to support@outdoorlights.store.
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email support@outdoorlights.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Please make the subject line 'Change of Address' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email support@outdoorlights.store to ensure that you provided us with the correct email during checkout.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us. Each order remains in a processing state for 12 hours until it is transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfilment.

Here at the OutdoorLights Store, we work as hard as we can to keep our virtual shelves fully stocked, but sometimes we do sell out of a popular product. If a popular item is sold out for an extended period of time, an anticipated restock date will be listed on the product's page. We encourage you to join our mailing list so that you may be notified when the item comes back in stock.
