*Shipping times may vary depending on the state where you live. The OutdoorLights Store works directly with local shipping couriers, such as USPS, DHL and FedEx, to provide a fast, reliable and secure delivery service.

Fulfilment Times

It takes our fulfilment team up to 62h to process orders and prepare them for our shipping carrier.

Each order remains in a processing state until it is transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfilment. 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you'd like to track your order, follow the steps outlined in this email.

Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account to access live tracking of your order. SMS and email updates are also sent to you free of charge.
